RIKEN Center for Genomic Medicine, the Institute of Medical Science/the University of Tokyo, and Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited held a kick-off meeting at RIKEN Yokohama Institute and discussed the ongoing collaborative research on genomic analysis to identify candidate molecules for drug discovery.

Some 20 people relevant to the project gathered together, and shared the information about the outline of the research and its progress.
