RIKEN Yokohama Campus Main Office Building, 1F Lecture Hall

This symposium seeks to bring together outstanding young researchers
from inside and outside Japan to give interdisciplinary presentations
and exchange ideas that can contribute to career development
and encourage joint research. 
We aim to provide researchers at overseas institutions (mainly postdocs
and young PIs) a chance to (re)discover researches in Japan and
consider coming/returning here. Participants from abroad will have 
the travel costs to Japan covered by RIKEN. Furthermore, this symposium
will deepen interactions among researchers inside and outside RIKEN
through oral and poster presentations. 
At the same time, we would like to encourage young researchers 
presently studying in Japan to meet with young Japanese researchers
overseas to obtain new ideas and to find stepping stones to work overseas,
thereby increasing two-way fluidity in human resources.
